Family Office Bookkeeper

Permanent, Part Time, Salaried. Possibility of full time in the future.

Position Overview:

The Family Office Bookkeeper will be responsible for the monthly accounting and reporting for family office clients.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma
Skills:
  • MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Quickbooks and/or Caseware proficiency an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and ability to prioritize
  • Represent yourself and CV TrustCo in a professional manner with clients and partners
  • Efficient and detail-oriented
  • Judicious when dealing with personal and confidential matters
  • Sound judgement and problem solving skills
  • Financial industry experience strongly an asset

  • Set-up of entities on the company’s accounting system
  • Monthly record-keeping
